INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Agreement establish the full legal conditions governing every form of interaction between Supreme ARTZ LLC and any individual or entity that accesses views purchases from communicates with or participates in any Supreme ARTZ service digital platform or website. Access to any Supreme ARTZ system constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms. Any user who does not agree must discontinue all access immediately.
LEGAL AUTHORITY AND SCOPE
These Terms apply to all Supreme ARTZ online platforms digital storefronts retail services subscription programs community features product pages content distribution channels and any future services developed or deployed by Supreme ARTZ. All supporting policies including the Privacy Policy Shipping and Delivery Policy Refund and Returns Policy Subscription Terms Digital Licensing Policy UGC and Fan Submission Policy DMCA Policy Export Compliance Policy and Age Restriction Policy are fully incorporated into these Terms and carry equal legal weight.
ACCOUNT AND USER RESPONSIBILITY
Users may be required to create an account to access certain services. By creating an account, the user affirms full responsibility for confidentiality, accuracy and ongoing security of login credentials. Supreme ARTZ holds no liability for unauthorized account activity resulting from user negligence failure to secure credentials or sharing of access with third parties. Users agree to provide accurate information and update details as needed.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
All creative and commercial assets associated with the Supreme ARTZ universe remain the exclusive property of Supreme ARTZ LLC including all storylines, character names character designs illustrations digital files trade dress logos merchandise concepts, world building elements artwork marketing assets and narrative content. No license ownership interest or reproduction right is granted except as explicitly stated through official Supreme ARTZ agreements. Unauthorized reproduction distribution adaptation reverse engineering scanning uploading file sharing mirroring printing modification or derivative creation is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
PERMITTED USE OF SUPREME ARTZ SERVICES
Users may access Supreme ARTZ platforms solely for personal non-commercial engagement. Any attempt to misuse exploit interferes with or tamper with any Supreme ARTZ platform system database code element intellectual property or digital asset is prohibited. This includes data scraping automated access attempts digital extraction security testing unauthorized downloads source code viewing or distribution of proprietary content.
RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities.
Accessing or attempting to access systems or functions without authorization
Bypassing security features authentication systems or protective barriers
Distributing uploading or injecting harmful code malware scraping bots’ automation tools or exploit tools.
Interfering with site operations or infrastructure stability
Engaging in harassment threats defamation or abuse toward Supreme ARTZ staff users or affiliated individuals
Replicating modifying or distributing any portion of Supreme ARTZ intellectual property
Any violation may result in immediate removal account termination legal action and forfeiture of all access rights without refund.
PURCHASE AND TRANSACTION CONDITIONS
All purchases conducted through any Supreme ARTZ platform are final and governed by the Refund and Returns Policy. Supreme ARTZ may cancel refund or refuse orders at its sole discretion for reasons including fraud suspicion disruptive behavior misuse of platform systems or violation of these Terms. Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.
DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSING
Digital content is provided through limited revocable personal use licenses. Users do not receive ownership rights. Redistribution file sharing, uploading, mirroring transferring public display commercial use or modification of any digital content is prohibited. Supreme ARTZ may revoke digital access at any time in cases of misuse or policy violations.
COMMUNITY INTERACTIONS AND USER GENERATED MATERIAL
Any content posted, uploaded, submitted or transmitted by users including artwork ideas stories comments feedback or digital files is governed by the UGC and Fan Submission Policy. All submitted material becomes non confidential. Supreme ARTZ may use reproduce display adapt modify publishing archive or distribute the material in perpetuity without obligation or compensation.
THIRD PARTY LINKS SERVICES AND EMBEDS
Supreme ARTZ may provide access to third party sites or embedded content. Supreme ARTZ is not responsible for external content safety privacy practices data handling or availability. Users engage with third party links at their own risk.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law Supreme ARTZ is not liable for any indirect incidental special punitive exemplary or consequential damages. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits data value opportunity grading value collectible value or digital access. Supreme ARTZ’ total liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid for the product or service associated with that claim.
RIGHT OF TERMINATION
Supreme ARTZ may suspend limit or permanently revoke user access for any violation of these Terms misuse of systems attempts to harm brand integrity fraudulent activity harassment or any activity deemed harmful to operations. Users terminated under these conditions are not entitled to refunds.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
