All processing timelines provided by Supreme ARTZ are estimates only. Processing may extend for any operational reason including production schedules printing delays inventory limitations staff availability supply chain issues severe weather carrier disruptions infrastructure failures or force majeure conditions. Supreme ARTZ does not guarantee any delivery or processing date.
CARRIER CONTROL AND AUTHORITY
Supreme ARTZ maintains complete authority to determine modify or change any shipping carrier service level routing method or delivery process. Carrier selection is made at Supreme ARTZ discretion and may change without notice.
TRANSFER OF RISK AND TITLE
Risk of loss transfer of title and full responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer immediately upon the carrier’s first acceptance scan. Supreme ARTZ holds no liability for any delays misrouting theft scanning issues damage loss or destruction occurring after carrier acceptance.
ADDRESS ACCURACY AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring complete and accurate shipping addresses. Supreme ARTZ is not liable for losses delays or carrier returns resulting from incorrect incomplete unformatted or unverifiable addresses. Additional fees may apply for re shipment.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
A carrier marked delivered status qualifies as final and conclusive proof of delivery. Any claims of non receipt following a delivered scan must be filed directly with the carrier. Supreme ARTZ is not required to refund replace or resend orders with confirmed carrier delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS
International customers accept full responsibility for all duties, import taxes customs processing holds inspections, restrictions or seizures. Supreme ARTZ is not responsible for items delayed held rejected destroyed or confiscated by customs or import authorities and no refunds or replacements will be issued under those circumstances.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Supreme ARTZ is not responsible for delays caused by production suppliers carriers’ customs agencies or any external entity. Pre-order estimates are not guaranteed. Supreme ARTZ’ total liability for any claim connected to a pre-order purchase is limited exclusively to the original purchase price of the affected item and only if that item cannot be produced and delivered.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Supreme ARTZ may divide or consolidate shipments based on operational needs. Additional shipping costs may apply for special handling or separate shipments.
FORCE MAJEURE PROTECTION
Supreme ARTZ assumes no liability for any shipping impacts caused by circumstances outside of its control including natural disasters, civil unrest labor disruptions, power outages, carrier failures, pandemics, national emergencies or related factors.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law Supreme ARTZ is not liable for indirect incidental punitive exemplary special or consequential damages including collector value reduction grading impact resale value loss or emotional distress. Supreme ARTZ maximum liability for any claim connected to shipping is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the item.
GOVERNING LAW
